Here are some intriguing links. Make of it what you will. There appears to be some dispute as to whether Lozowick is indeeed recognized as being
a legitimate successor or mouthpiece for the dead guru Ramsuratkumar.(Cough, cough)

However this notion that any publicity for a dead guru is good publicity sounds like yet more idiotic rationalization to me.
